We would like to thank you for choosing dermalounge for your aesthetic needs. As one of our patients we would like to keep you informed of the current office and financial policies. Please read each of the following sections carefully.
First Visit: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in.
Late Arrival: If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but it may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other patients.
Children: Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in our medical facility for safety reasons. Children over the age of 10 must sit quietly in the waiting area. If you arrive to your appointment with children under the age of 10 you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Insurance: dermalounge does NOT participate with or submit billing for any private insurance companies.
Refunds:
Services: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before a service is performed, please consider all the required protocols and side effects. We are committed to patient satisfaction and are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have with regards to the services we offer before purchase.
All treatments, treatment series, packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. If you no longer want to complete a package series, any remaining prepaid funds may be transferred towards another service. No cash or charge refunds will be given.
Appointments: Missed appointments represent a cost to us, to you and to other patients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. An active credit card on file is required to reserve an appointment. We require a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling of any appointment. There is a charge of $50.00 for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your designated time.
If you NO SHOW to your appointment, dermalounge reserves the right to charge $100.00 to the card on file. Excessive abuse of scheduled appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
Services Policy: dermalounge has the right to refuse treatment and/or dismiss a client from any service at any time. You may not be a candidate for certain services, and it is at the full discretion of the medical provider to determine whether patients are a candidate for any service provided.
Covid Policy: We are cognizant of the impact of Covid, as well as its health and economic effects. dermalounge follows the strictest guidelines for your health and safety. We will notify you prior to your appointment if any safety protocols, such as wearing masks, are required for your visit.
